1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

   • Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

   • To initiate a return, email us at melaninlovee3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

   • If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for shipping the item back.

4. Refunds

   • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. All sales are final, except in cases of damaged products.

   • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

   • If you need a different size, please follow the return process and place a new order.
