SHIPPING POLICY
At Melanin Soulz University, every crochet item is handmade with care. Processing time for crochet orders typically ranges from 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3 - 7 days, depending on your location and the carrier.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

For rush orders (when available), an additional fee will apply.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because all crochet items are made by hand and created specifically to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on custom crochet items, personalized designs, or made-to-order pieces.

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the incorrect size or item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details, and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
